All employees are aware of their role in society and their responsibility towards business partners and colleagues. Therefore, we are committed to clear principles that provide the framework for our corporate and social actions.
We are an internationally active and multinational group of companies. Therefore, it is a top priority for us to observe and comply with the laws and regulations of all countries where we operate. In situations where no legal regulations exist, the values of this Code of Conduct always apply.
Environmentally conscious action is not just a corporate obligation for us but the central pillar of our company philosophy. This commitment is reflected in our products, business organization, internal communications, and public engagement.
A key aspect of responsible action is avoiding risks to people and the environment. We hold each individual accountable for safety in their own work environment, raising awareness among all employees about essential safety aspects through regular training.
We treat business partners and employees with dignity and respect. We support and respect the protection of internationally recognized human rights within our company and in our partnerships with suppliers and business associates, and we do not tolerate forced labor or child labor.
The foundation of our actions, as well as our approach to engaging and selecting suppliers, is the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct.
We are an open and tolerant company. Those who work with us are respected and valued—regardless of age, background, nationality, political opinion, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical and mental abilities, religion, or belief.
We do not tolerate corruption or the granting of advantages in any form. No personal benefits, gifts, or invitations may be demanded, accepted, offered, or granted in connection with our business activities. Exceptions apply only to generally customary occasional or promotional gifts that are consistent with the customs and courtesies of the respective country.
We maintain political and religious neutrality in our business activities and, as a matter of principle, support neither party-political nor religiously oriented activities.
